Mark Moyle - Sales Associate
Mark was born in the Bahamas to Australian parents. Following the completion of high school and a traditional carpentry apprenticeship in Australia, Mark spent several years traveling the world. In 1993 those travels led to a stopover in Nassau which turned permanent, and he has not strayed far from the islands ever since.
The last 25 years have been spent predominantly in the construction and development business. Mark is well-known to customers and friends as applying a dedicated, loyal and hard-working ‘ozzie’ ethic to everything he does. His work has given him extensive experience throughout the islands and he is well-versed in the complicated and challenging aspects of construction and development in both Nassau and some of the most remote locations in the country. At the same time, he has built up an extensive network of acquaintances and contacts in the local and regional building and real estate industry and is always happy to share his wealth of knowledge in a frank and honest style. He is also knowledgeable in offshore banking, the local legal system, and Bahamian Government regulations.
Transitioning to real estate full-time in 2015, Mark becomes the third generation of realtors on his mother’s side of the family. Having grown up with terms like “resale value,” “overcapitalization” and “interest rates” as part of every mealtime conversation, becoming a realtor was inevitable. Mark has been involved in many successful purchases, transactions and developments throughout Nassau and the Family Islands over the years, so the transition to full-time real estate agent has been a natural one.
When he is not eating, sleeping and breathing real estate, Mark’s passion revolves around being in or on our beautiful Bahamian waters. If it is windy he kitesurfs. If there are waves he surfs. If there is no wind and no waves he goes diving or fishing. And if all else fails he enjoys pulling up on a deserted beach with his wife and friends, and a cooler full of beer.
